so what happened on the 14th
firstly, being just another day, it usually doesn't matter if we went out or not. but things were going well on that day; the term paper's done (sortuf) and there's just a little time to myself (to play some Okami).
anyways the postman arrived in the morning to bring me what I've been waiting for in awhile... a package from dear dear DEAR Lyon.

anyways what was inside were a phildar collections mag, and some yarns, PLUS a pretty card from the sender.

ANYWAYS... we were supposed to go to SAF's Changi Yacht Club for dinner. But we went to Orchard to buy loads of board games instead (actually three) ... and decided to just simply have dinner there.
There's this outlet at B1 of Taka with a nice pasta menu. I like pasta, but i'm always worried that this would turn out like pasta fresca (which i do not prefer). Anyways we decided to get a set meal (one of the the 'just add X amount and get a drink plus soup of the day' things). The clam chowder was the soup of the day, and it actually isn't too bad.
topped with foccacia bread... i LURVE foccacia!
of course we had to take some normal pictures
and some no-so-normal ones
when did my arm become so fat.
And here are the main courses.
Ika KUSHI(!!!) balls with fettucine
Scallop and fettucine in cream-based sauce. Japanese hints...
And after dinner (no we didn't have dessert - too fat and full i am) we went off to Kino. AS ended up buying ONE magazine and me...

there's rilakuma and it says there are freebies!! so... :P
I also bought these from the board game store
I'm pretty sure I'll be going there again... hehe heehehe. More pictures on the gameplay on another day tho.
on another note, mangmang hurt her poor nail on the same night, and yesterday i was busy making her a kitten mitten
