First things first,
I met LC and DS in town and we were happily walking down Orchard Road towards Paragon.
And then while DS received a call and was on the phone, LC and I were chatting happily and laughing at oddities
until
this man in white walked up to us, he stood less than 50cm away from LC and said 'excuse me I know you speak english but-' (we didn't catch what was after that because)
we realized who he was
and we were horrified
and looked somewhat like this :| before scurrying away
it wasn't until we were in the building that LC said 'Is that -'
and i went 'yes yes yes yes!' OMG
we were engulfed in horror on this fine friday evening. and i was so paranoid about leaving the building.
all thanks to steven lim.

Next, on saturday, Millie was in the park as muddy as usual. AS and I were on our way back and were walking along this pathway that led to the gate. Millie usually runs around and meets us there but she was intrigued with this stick that stuck out from the ground. It was about three-quarters inch to an inch thick, and it stuck out approximately 15cm from the ground. And i thought she just found something to play with, except
her face was a little more quizzical than usual.
anyways
i saw the stick move an inch to the left
and instictively i yelled at millie to run away.
since it must be a snake. right?
RUN AWAY RUN AWAY
she didn't at first but later she did and she still had the grin on her face.
we continued along the path closer to the 'stick' which was really a cobra because i saw the hood open by the time i was there.
my goodness.
i hope she's learnt something tho
and today millie saw a group of monkeys crossing the road babies, wives, children, fathers and all.
It was hilarious, and the babies were cute. hehe
and so tomorrow's monday~
