I'm going to go out on a limb and actually suggest you'd be good in Tactical. Sure, you're more, well, tactful than some of us tactical cadets who can tend to be a bit blunt. Your answer to question 14 and the way you phrased it tells me you're someone who's deeply invested in achieving best outcomes, and you want to be the one to lead people there. The same is true for the way you explained your Kobayashi Maru answers. You are concerned with others emotions and perceptions of things, but more in terms of making sure people understand why things are happening and aren't more upset than needs to be--you aren't going to make an unncessary compromise or avoid a difficult decision to keep people happy, but you're going to put in a little effort to smooth things over where that sort of effort can gain you a happier, more productive, more understanding crew.

Operations. All your traits, although good in Tactical, I think would serve you better in Operations. You are able to handle yourself and the others around you with deft proficiency, that's a great asset when dealing with other cultures.

Operations. As much as I would have suggested Tactical, there was something about your application that indicated to me that it wouldn't be a good fit.

Wow you're a toughie! I'm going to vote Tactical though because I think you have good leadership qualities. You seem quite practical but I think you would lead with a gut feeling rather than cold logic :P
It's true you would be a different type of Tactical cadet to the average but that's what Tactical is all about - being clever and innovative and breaking the mold. You're creative and flexible and you like to be in control and that's a great skill set for a leader.
