CIVILIAN LIFE:
Q1. Name: Siri
Q2. How did you find out about Elite of the Fleet? I was actually looking at
daphne_1's icons, saw her icon and was intrigued.
Q3. When did you first become interested in Star Trek? I used to watch The Original Series with my parents when I was younger but it wasn't until ST: Voyager appeared on Sky One in the UK for the

WOW, okay, this one is a toughie :/ I can think of two or three tracks straight off the bat you'd be good for and I'm finding it tough to narrow it down.
The fact that your a quick learner and adaptable screams Tactical. The fact that your empathetic and like to make deep connections (hello 19 A!) suggests Medical.
I think in the end though Medical wins out because of your answer to 22 b. Your quick thinking, resourceful, and empathetic and with 19A I think you'd fit in well with us.

I was torn between two tracks while reading your application - your answers to Q11, Q12, and Q14, as well as your Kobayashi Maru, indicated a level of social competence and loyalty that would fit well in either Operations or Tactical. You're obviously very good at communication, something essential to any position with a lot of social interaction.
Q16, however, was what really cinched my decision. Your desire to stay in contact with your crew and concern about other lifeforms, sentient or otherwise, convinced me of your suitability for Operations.
(I'd love to play in the snow on Delta Vega, too. :D)

Anyway, Siri, I think I'm going to have to vote Medical on this one. Not only do you have a background in it, but you recognize the need to stay calm and focused under pressure. Your quick thinking would be a great asset for when things get hairy in Medbay, when seconds make all the difference.
Your unselfish nature and empathy are also skills that fit wonderfully in this field, a sense of humor is also great to lighten a somber mood if something went sour with a patient. The 'weakness' of 'regret/guilt' has me thinking that you'll always give more than you best to avoid hurting others.
Overall, you seem like a caring and kind person. Open minded, empathetic, considerate, and like-able; I wouldn't mind you as my doctor at all, or a friend! I hope you enjoy the Fleet~

Pretty much all your answers are pointing me towards Medical. Your strengths and weaknesses, and Q14 & 15 particularly. I think you'd be a good fit there. Good luck!

Like the other comments here, I think Medical is a VERY close runner up, but your tendency towards guilt would, I believe, more adversely affect a Medical cadet than an Operations cadet. Your strengths make me think you'd fit well into Operations as well, and your explanation to answer Q22 would suit you well for diplomacy.
