Hello Anna;

Throughout your application I was waiting for the moment when I would start to really get an understanding of who you are and I'm sorry to say I never felt it. I have to cast my vote for Civilian.

I felt a few small vibes towards Operations because of your apparent pride in being able to fix things with little in the way of supplies; however, there wasn't enough to go on. I can see glimpses of an understanding person peeking through, such as in Q19, but those moments were fleeting, if only because of the abruptness of the majority of your answers.

Remember; ever question has an invisible 'why?' tacked on to the end, and that is what I kept thinking, reading through. For instance, I would have loved to know why you chose what you did for both question 11 & 12. It would have really given a good look at your personality and priorities.

I noticed a fair amount of spelling and grammatical errors throughout, making me think there wasn't a lot of time spent on this and that it didn't get the second run-through it deserves (my apologies if I'm incorrect). It also left me guessing in some spots as to what you were trying to get across or if I was reading your answer the way it was intended to be read.

If you're not accepted this time around, please reapply next semester! I would love to get to know you better, not only to be able to put you in the suitable track, but because even from this I can see an interesting person emerging. More detail to your answers would be wonderful additions; that is what is used to place you so the more depth and thought put into it, the more we get out of it.
