At first, I thought Ops because of the consistent thread of honesty and communication that runs through this, but after a second read-over with my trusty highlighter in hand, I found that what I was marking most often as the talking points actually wasn't based in that. Where an Ops candidate would be more likely to emphasize working together and collaborating no matter the outcome, you're very focused on the outcome itself. Your leadership answer points to that as well as your reasons for disliking Kirk - his style of command leaves the results and consequences of his actions with too much chance for chaos and upheaval.

Your top five strengths mention prediction and analysis, and your weaknesses point to a quick mental process. While that can be difficult to mesh into personal interaction, when it's combined with analytical strengths, it's an indicator of someone who can think rapidly and who can come up with innovative solutions even under high pressure. Overall, I'd recommend Tactics. Not based in fighting and warfare, but in strategy and planning.
