just returned from a weekend in san francisco...training to be a shaman with michael and sandra harner...two of the world's top experts in shamanism...no better way to spend a halloween weekend than getting in touch with the spirits in the upper and lower world...did some divination practice as well...amazing work! i think i'll continue along this path...another practice to add to my toolbox...
