•TIMELINE ☆ Between Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts 2 [if you're in the fandom, I'll be more specific and say directly before the events depicted in the Another Side, Another Story trailer - as in, while he's mired in darkness yet still possesses his original form]
•POWERS/ABILITIES ☆ First and foremost, he can summon and use his weapon, known as the Soul Edge. When he is not using it, it disappears into a void. He can create balls of concentrated Dark energy and shoot them from the palm of his hand. He can generate portals of darkness, that allow him to travel wherever he pleases, and he can summon and control Heartless in droves using a similar technique. He can 'smell' darkness - specifically, the type that relates to the Heartless. Because he wears a blindfold, he uses his powers to navigate through his surroundings - as a result, he can travel anywhere at any time and not be disoriented.
•PERSONALITY ☆ He is confident in himself, to the point of being arrogant. Once he decides that someone isn't as skilled as him, he has a habit of challenging them to contests in which he knows he will win. As a result, when someone does begin to come close to him in skill, he becomes resentful and unnerved. He is very close to his friends, and would sacrifice his life for them, but in the same breath, his feelings are easily manipulated and he can just as quickly come to hate his friends in the interest of attaining whatever goal he is after. He has tunnel vision in that respect, and will not stop until he attains his goal, and will take whatever measures he needs to, as long as he believes that it will help. He lives in torment presently, knowing what he has done to his friends in the pursuit of saving one of them, and detests the Darkness in his heart. He is full of self-disgust, and does not use his Dark powers unless he is absolutely required - he will fight for as long as he can using his Soul Edge, and then, only then, will he allow the Darkness to aid him.
•APPEARANCE ☆ Silver hair cut in tapered layers, that reaches to the top of his shoulderblades. His bangs come down to his cheekbones, and because of the style they are cut in, only partially cover his black blindfold. He wears a black leather duster with a hood, tailored very close to his body, with pockets at the end of the tailoring seams, and a two-way zipper with silver teeth. He wears leather gloves, as well as black cotton pants and leather boots. [Oh, yes, and he has aquamarine eyes that appear either blue or green depending on the person and his surroundings]

•THIRD PERSON SAMPLE ☆ Riku strode down the alleyway with purpose, the rubber soles of his boots making dull thuds against the rain-soaked pavement. It was always raining here, in this dreary world. The only real light was the neon from the signs, that pointed to shops with welded-shut doors, that advertised specials that had expired years ago.
He reached the square, and paused for a moment, looking up at the tall skyscraper that was arguably the centre of the whole town. Neon went up and down its height, giving it, and subsequently, the square, a bluish-green glow.
He breathed deeply through his nose, savouring the smell of the wet, and also judging how close he was. Yes. . .He was getting closer. This would be their last meeting.
He took two steps away from the skyscraper, and then, bending his knees, he took off, running up its stoop and leaping onto the overhang, then leaping again onto the side, and running as fast as he could, tendrils of darkness licking his feet. Soon he was at the top of the building, trying to keep his balance as he got used to the stronger wind.
He did not have to struggle for long, though, for he was suddenly overtaken from behind - by someone he hadn't sensed whatsoever - and everything went truly black.
•FIRST PERSON SAMPLE ☆ Aaaaugh. My head. Even when I close my eyes, it throbs. What was that that grabbed me? Why didn't I sense it? Even if they're creatures of the Light, I can sense. . .No. Stop thinking like that. They're people. Not creatures. I'm the freak here.
Wait. Where am I? I. . .I can't sense anything. I can't SEE. No. NO! WHY CAN'T I SEE?!
Is the darkness gone? Did it finally leave me? Can I go back to them?
I'll take off the blindfold. Slowly. . .Not like it helped much. I still can't see anything. But I can still make energy balls - I can still fire them - at least now I know there's a wall. And a ceiling. I can still make portals - there's something on the other side? It's not big enough to get through, but I can look through it.
•QUESTIONS/COMMENTS ☆ . . .This. . .is way too long, isn't it. . .(Can you tell that first person isn't my forte?) Also, would I be able to add a power to him that technically isn't canon, but is feasible within his universe? It's just the ability to use his powers to change from his trenchcoat to another outfit that he has during the game. I used it in an AU KH RPG, and I've become rather fond of it.

•TIMELINE ☆ Directly after the end of the first season.
•POWERS/ABILITIES ☆ Geass, a power that allows him to tell anyone to do anything he wants. Previously, he could activate it at will, but presently, it is constantly active, requiring him to hide it lest he accidentally tell someone to, for example, kill all the Japanese. There are stipulations, though - he can only give one order to a person, so one he's used the Geass on someone, he can't use it ever again. He can also only use it on a target that is within 500 m of himself, and it seemingly lasts for a very long time.
•PERSONALITY ☆ Lelouch (or Lulu as his friends know him) is a confident individual. He works hard in school and cares deeply for those around him. He enjoys reading and chess, and hates the aristocracy in all its forms. Nunally, his blind and crippled sister, is the most important person to him, and he would die for her. He is very narrow-minded, however, and cannot understand people whose intentions do not align with his. He is a control freak, as well, and cannot stand when things and people do not go/act as he planned. He is a brilliant strategist, and his game of choice is chess, although he tends to treat those in the Order of the Black Knights as his pawns. He doesn't seem to care for human life in that respect, and will readily use others as scapegoats in order to further his image as a saviour of the Japanese people.
•APPEARANCE ☆ Tall and wiry, with nearly-black hair that is short everywhere except for his bangs, which reach nearly to the end of his nose (but are conveniently clipped shorter near his eyes, which are a deep purple). In this RP, he is wearing his Zero outfit - a tailored periwinkle blue tailed shirt with gold designs and purple cuffs (edged in more gold), matching pants that cover his shoes, with one of those scarf-type-things that are wrapped around the neck just so and are held in place with a brooch (think very Victorian-esque). This is all underneath a black cape with red lining and more gold trim, that has a very high collar with vicious-looking points. He also wears black gloves. He normally wears a helmet to conceal his identity, but it is broken at present.
•HISTORY ☆ Lelouch vi Britannia used to be a prince of the Empire of Britannia, but his mother was murdered, and his sister crippled and blinded, on one fateful day. He rebelled against his father, who sent him and Nunally to Japan to be used as bargaining chips in Britannia's future conquest of Japan. Lelouch met Kururugi Suzaku, and they became fast friends. Japan was conquered shortly after, and the two were separated. Lelouch took on a fake last name (Lamperouge), and went by that, eventually enrolling in the Britannian Ashford Academy. One day, he happened upon a truck stolen by Japanese terrorists, and came upon C.C., the girl who gave him the power of Geass. Realizing that he now had the power to overthrow his father and give the Japanese back their name (they had been called Elevens by Britannia, and their nation known as Area 11), he then became Zero, the leader of the Order of the Black Nights. He led a rebellion with the ultimate goal of killing his father, with the Japanese at his side, supporting him and citing him as their savior. He ended up clashing horribly with Kururugi Suzaku, and losing his friends and royal siblings, and ended up in a cave after chasing after his kidnapped sister, pointing a gun at Suzaku's head as Suzaku pointed a gun at him.

He took off his neckscarf and dabbed at the wound, but it was soon bloodied and he had to throw it aside. He stood, slowly, and painfully, testing out his wearied limbs. Who - or what - had grabbed him before the bullet broke through his skull and into his grey matter? Had it been C.C.? Had she somehow managed to get back from fighting Orange-kun in such short a time?
No. It wasn't possible. She didn't have that kind of power. She couldn't teleport herself, otherwise she would have done it while he was watching. So it was someone (or something) else.
But what?
•FIRST PERSON SAMPLE ☆ This doesn't look like any place in Japan I've ever been to. It's not a Britannian settlement, and it's not a ghetto. At least, it's not a Japanese ghetto. This is crude cement that these alley walls are made of. The ghettos were much more refined.
Can I stand? Yes, the pain's not too bad. I can walk, too. I think I see a light over there, and if I can get to it, I'll be in a better position to calculate where I am.
Augh. I can't walk very well, it seems. The wall's right here, though, so I can. . .Yes, I can prop myself up and make my way to the street.
Let's see how many conditions I have to clear.

I'm sorry, but you won't be able to add more powers to Riku, since, technically speaking, even the ability to summon a keyblade will backfire in this universe. ^^;
I'll get to reviewing your second application soon, I just need to do a little research since I'm not entirely familiar with Cade Geass. ;D
