Soul was sitting in a pew, staring up into the sky. He had some blankets, and his laptop with him, but the last thing Soul wanted was company. Not after what had happened. People did see him and Yuffie, and they were already assuming.

As if he didn't go through enough, here. Did they really think that low of them? And god, the age difference.

It was just as bad as Blair. But his thoughts were disrupted as he heard the doors creak open. Soul turned in the pew to see Nia venturing in, and he hoped she wasn't looking for him. Then again, it had been a while since he'd seen her... Soul decided not to do anything. If she saw him, she did and if she didn't then he would see her some other time.

The first thing Nia noticed as she stepped in was the blood. She cringed slightly, eyeing the walls and wondering what had went on. The second thing she caught, as her vision shifted, was a familiar tuft of bright white hair.

She smiled at the familiar sight. She hadn't seen Soul in a long time, and she had wondered how he was doing. Walking over quietly, she set a hand on the end of the pew, and looked down.

"Hello, Soul-kun. Mind if I come sit with you?" He did look a little bit upset, and she didn't want to bother him if he wanted to be left alone. But at the same time, she thought it must be lonely to be in this church by himself, with it's blood-soaked walls.

He scowled as he heard her echoing footsteps approach him. Then again, it was Nia and he could trust her, right? She meant no harm, and was probably one of the most innocent people he knew.

So, he turned to face her. "Hey Nia," he said. Soul really didn't want to blow her off, it had been so long... "Sure, why not?"

He hoped she didn't ask if anything was wrong.

She nodded, sitting down next to him. She frowned slightly at his expression. He really seemed annoyed, and she wondered why.

She paused, considering what to say. She didn't want to bother him anymore, but if he was upset, it would probably help him to talk about it. So she turned, giving him a soft smile.

"Are you alright? You seem like something might be bothering you."
