Maka walked out of her room and down the hallway. The monster in her toilet was beginning to make noise more than ever lately. She had trouble concentrating, and she found herself no longer startled by strange dreams thanks to the loud gurgles and burps keeping her up at night.
She hoped Soul still wouldn't mind her using his toilet. She'd gotten a bit huffy with him the other day. She frowned, thinking back on that.
She was at his room in no time. She sighed a little and knocked quietly on the door, wondering how she'd phrase, "Can I use your toilet?" without it coming out...wrong.
"Soul?" she called. "Can I come in? The monster has been acting up lately."
