New movie has Bob Hoskins. Oh, and STAY THE FUCK OUTTA MY HEAD!!!!! How is it possible that all my friends always manage to talk to me about the stuff I was just surfing the internet for today. I was scoping out werewolf movies. Howling, Underworld, and, of course, an American Werewolf in London. How the fuck does this happen. I was looking up the Filipino/American war the other day and a friend of mine brought it up!!! On the same day I was looking at it!!!! I don't understand, do y'all hack my computer????

YOU ARE PICKING UP THE UNIVERSAL HARMONIES. WE ARE ALL ONE.

Don't forget Ginger Snaps, mate. I'm saving the rewatching of that one for last.

New movie has Bob Hoskins and 90% of the people who've been in Neil Marshall's previous two movies. Should be a BLAST.

DId you see the alternate ending for the Descent? just wondering...my last few movies have sucked...I've actually been watching Carnivale - the HBO series....but I've seen 300 and Ghost Rider...terrible waste of time...

Yeah, I watched what popped up on the DVD, which ended up being the Brit version, from what Neil Marshall said in the interview. Or the extended ending. Or whatever you wanna call it. I guess I'm a Brit at heart - I don't think I'd have liked the last-horror-movie-sting-ness of the cut off one. Eck. It's a cliche.

Ha! I saw both 300 and Ghost Rider and had a blast at both. Not that Ghost Rider was good by ANY stretch of the imagination, heh, but sometimes you're not looking for quality. More and more I find I need either comPLETE schlock or people-fighting-desperately-for-their-lives to enjoy a movie, though a hefty dose of surrealism will also carry me through. SO not the movie-going elite.

well, I had a blast, too...I was FUCKING drunk...but as for the movies...If I were a really dumb 10 year-old boy -- those would be my favorite movies...Saturday I'm off to the grind house..just bought my tix...
I'll try not to judge you for your tastes in movies...I'll say this: I appreciate any anti-pretentiousness I can get in a city like Austin...

Now, about choking wolves...I won't show my sweet little wolf dog your horrible wrestling pic...even if he did try to hump your leg.

It's Bisclavret! They're not wrestling, they're HUGGING. Or something. Totally gay in that knights-of-the-round-table oh-those-evil-treacherous-wives-stealing-our-manjuice way. Still, I love a werewolf who's shy about transforming in front of his sexy king boyfriend. Could you dim the lights, sweetie?

Ooo, Grindhouse, yeah, now THERE's a schlocko extravaGANZA. Gotta play location spot - I know they were filming in Texas Chili Parlor and right in front of my library branch...

WOO DROOONK. Alamo Drafthouse is so good for my movie appreciationness.

Just wanted to say, I really like your new icon. It's quite a good likeness.

Which one? My WEREWOLF PUNCHIN' one? Heee. There's only one icon in that whole mess that's actually of me, and it's sadly MySpace looking.
