The Shinto priest the anonymous scholar and apprentice went to see. He is the one who has summoned you all here, and contained the youkai within the spirit world's town Enkaku Machi. A kind, level-headed man. He seems to have a deep connection with the spirit world, with much knowledge on it; which is probably why he is the local librarian.

The ones responsible for this mix-up. Their whereabouts are unknown; only that they are in Enkaku somewhere. The team of two summon forth new creatures once a month. But don't let this throw you off - there's many spirits in Enkaku, and some might not be friendly to begin with either, and may want to help them.
judgmentor | | Enma Dai-Ō/King Enma
A terrifying dude to meet when you die. Your death isn't permanent, however; King Enma only keeps you for a little while. He is the judge of death in the spirit world. He will give you a test, and if you pass, you go back to Enkaku without a scratch. (However, a little tired.) Should you fail, he will either send you back and keep one of your abilities for a week, or you will be something of an errand runner for him. But hey, your character might get to ghost around town for a bit.
