oh no I feel the sick coming on again!! I hate warm to cold weather!!

my stomach is TORTURING me right now. ARGH! it hurts so bad.
I ate at Rice Bowl tonight and it was delicious. I don't think that's what made me sick though.
I've only had a few cigarettes within the last 4 days and the last cigarette I smoked (like an hour and a half ago) is what made me hurt. I think it's an even better time to quit now.
