2022 was not kind to me. I am really hoping that this is going to be better and it is off to a good start!
I HIT TICKETS FOR SIXTONES 2023 TOUR ♥
I was able to hit tickets with the help of my friend. I was very thankful to her that I really wanted to treat her to a meal but, she's in Japan and I am in the Philippines.
Another great news for myself is that, aside from Japan, I will be going to two more Asian countries this year. Both, I've been before. WHY? I just want to refresh my memory and my mind/body condition since it's been almost 3 years since I travelled alone. Wish me luck!
Another GOAL for this year is to attend News' 20th Anniversary Tour! I am hoping to get a hit once ballot is decided. I've been a fan since 2009, almost the same time as Arashi. I missed the Ongaku 2022 ConTour ballot and wasn't able to test my luck. So, I AM CROSSING MY FINGERS TO HAVE BEGINNER'S LUCK WITH NEWS.
I will stop getting excited with the thought of finally seeing News perform in person. Their songs are always on point and within my preference. I really enjoy Story and Ongaku albums. (I also had my hiatus with being a fan and mainly focused on Arashi for the most part of late 2018 to the end of 2020). I went back updating myself about the group in 2021 and joined FC too. I wanted to bring my sister and my mom for the con but the number of tickets one member can ballot has decreased to half. BUT WE ARE A FAMILY OF THREE.. so how?
Enough of the frustrations.
Aside from the concerts, it is the FINAL RUN OF TAKIKABUKI :( Having said that, I will also try my luck and ballot for it. I decided to follow Snow Man's activities mostly because of their Kabuki work. I admire their stamina, dedication and showmanship when I first saw them perform it when they offered online streaming. I bought the ticket impulsively and I didn't regret it. I am so happy I did.
I am really eager to push my luck to its last drop with TAKIKABUKI FINAL.
Since I am someone who cannot follow individual activities, I will try my best to watch Sho's newest drama to air this January 2023. *peace*
I do watch some of their activities but not all. Even with the three groups I previously mentioned, towards end of Q2 2022, I wasn't able to follow through. I just listened to their singles and albums, watched their concert dvds, if I like the plot of the drama they're a part of, I will try to watch it but eventually drop watching.
With everything going back to normal or slightly similar pre-pandemic, personal life has its way in blocking my only source of entertainment away from stress.
Anyway, this is just 2/365(?). I still have 363 days to look forward to.
