I have to pay for my college and still be prepared for the possibility of having to get a new apartment with a complete stranger and pay rent outside my usual first of the month cycle can really put me in a pinch with money. I am hoping my friend rob gets approved but he's had a car repo'd on him, problems with credit cards in the past and he was declined for an apartment last year. Just more random crap ...
On the plus side I did manage to get my Geo going so I can take it to get the emissions tested on thursday morning. Instead of costing me like 130-180 on the alternator plus paying a mechanic to tow the car and install the alternator. I got the whole thing done for about $40. I managed to get the part from the junk yard and borrow tools from a couple of co-workers.
Emilie is back in town! So no more stir-crazy nights in my apartment by myself. I just gotta work on not be oblivious now ...
