Help!
So. This happened. It's raining, and water is leaking in from the top of the window. What the heck? How do we fix this? Who do we even call? That part of the window doesn't open, and so it could be the gutter? We don't think it's the roof. The rain is coming in sideways.
At least there's no water in the basement...
