So, our state unicameral is having a hearing today on a bill that would nullify the Supremacy Clause in the US Constitution. You know, the clause that says that if federal and state law are in conflict, federal law wins.
Protip: YOU CANNOT NULLIFY A PART OF THE FEDERAL CONSTITUTION BY PASSING A STATE LAW, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU MIGHT WANT TO.
It would be hilarious if it wasn't such a waste of time.
