Aw - lovely. I always thought Angel and Cordy were the perfect couple - he would never have got to be quite blissful enough to lose the soul as she would have him on tenter hooks so often in case he'd done something wrong!

Thank you! I think you're right. Angel and Cordy were very balanced. She kept him on his toes, which was what he needed.

I don't know why people want to put Buffy and Angel together when Angel and Cordy just get along so much better. Lovely fic:)
