HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!!! (for all my American LJ friends)
I'm going to PB to spend the afternoon and night with Mum. I'm picking up some barbecue on the way out of town. Yum, yum! --smile--
Oh! And everyone who knows me knows that Martha Stewart, I'm not. --snort-- And if I were independently wealthy, the only thing I'd ever make for dinner is reservations. --grin-- But . . . believe it or not . . . the newsletter for my apartment complex had this tasty-looking recipe for Gazpacho Soup and . . . yep! I made a double-batch of it tonight! --grin-- Yea me! I'm so proud of myself!
If anyone is interested in the recipe, let me know and I'll send it to you. I always thought Gazpacho Soup had garbanzo beans in it, and I don't care for those. But . . . this recipe looks like salsa without the peppers. LOL! So, of course, I HAD to put some peppers in it, too! --grin-- Hurrah! Hurrah!
Everyone have a safe Fourth! I'm a full proponent for fireworks in the bedroom and NOT in your yard! --grin--
