Weekend...
Well, ended up sleeping most of the way to Atlanta where the band stayed for the trip only thing was it wasn't great sleep, so I ended up going to bed way way too early for a Friday night on a away trip. That sucked, although I did get to mix drinks an that was a blast. although as is my perusual style I didn't make any for myself it was still a blast.
Saturday was just a bunch of fun, if the football game hadn't gone so unbearably bad it woulda been an awesome day. The bus ride was hillarious, especially when I had the squirt gun. I got joey really nice in the face, and he about killed me for it, cept he was too lazy to move, so he didn't. Listened to music and ate sugar the whole way to Alabama and generally messed around the whole time.
Game sucked. Our team wasn't prepared, and theirs was, they outplayed and outcoached us and just freakin domindated, there really isn't another term for it. They were able to pressure Leak while only rushing three guys and dropping 8 back to cover the pass. The funny thing is that we couldn't run the ball either...course I am not really surprised by that, we are still using DeShawn Wynn after all, and he is basically only on scholarship still because of that one run he made against Miami two years ago. All in all the Offense was inept. On the other side of the ball well, we weren't prepared either. Our defense was prepared for a running attack and not a high octane passing offense. Congrats to Alabama for fooling us all. We had so many people to stop the run on the first play of the game, and you would have thought that Steve Spurrier was coaching against us, 87 yards and one play later we were down by 6 and I think we never made the adjustment from that play. Their offense broke our defense on the first play of the game and we never fixed ourselves, hopefully we'll rebound and give Mississippi State a beating in retribution for last year. But if we aren't more prepared than we were last Saturday watch out cause we could make a repeat of History, but this time it will be in The Swamp.
Saturday night was awesome, spent a ton of time talking to people and watching TV and trying not to watch sportscenter. The new eps of FMA and Inuyasha were good I guess, specially after brice explained to me what was going on. Oh yeah and the Pizza was ridiculously good.
Lastly the drive home was fun, cause we watched to Goonies, but all the other movies basically sucked. Mad props to whoever brought the goonies tho, great movie. So yeah, that was my weekend. Another reason it was good was cause i had a whole pizza and a 2 liter of Coke, not to mention 9 Brownies and some other sweet food. Prolly have like 19 cavities from the trip but oh well, it was worth it, I love brownies, and the Rice Crispy treats CJ made were awesome.
