Woooood!
so, last night my aunt and her friend bonny and i went to an Isotopes baseball game. i'm not much for baseball, unless it's RedSox, thanks to the Horowitz's, but it was fun. they were free tickets from my aunt's work, we got a free drink, hotdog and popcorn. now i know why the song goes, "buy me some peanuts and cracker jacks.." and popcorn isn't even mentioned on there....yuck! it was interesting, because all three of us are at that time of the month...so we're all moody and getting all bitchy at people. good times.
in the 4th inning the Isotopes were behind 2-5 and then there were 2 outs, bases were loaded, 2 strikes, 3 balls, it was the make it or break it pitch, and guy hit a home run. fuck yeah! grand slam! i've never seen one in real life...so it was great. i was amused. what made it better was the batter's name was Wood. my aunt and i kept coming up with great euphamisms (think i spelled that wrong) for his name and the grand slam that he hit. it was great. i can't even remember the one that i said that had me laughing so hard...it was something like, "Wood really knocked that one outta the park." or something...it was just funny.
then we came home. and i read a bit and went to sleep. i woke up at like 5 or so, cuz my mouth was dry as fuck. so i went to get some water, and man was it cold in my house! my room was all comfy cozy, but soon as i opened the door it was freezing! it was crazy. but then i went back to sleep. and then i woke up and took a shower, now i'm updating my lj. yay!
i had an interesting dream last night. can't exactly remember it...it wasn't a good dream, but it had bj sturdivant in it. bj was one of the jocks at my high school back in DE. it was weird.
but i have to work today, and i've got some stuff to do before i can leave, like getting dressed and all that. so, y'all have a great day!
