An update.

Sorry I haven't updated this thing in a while, life has been just be working me pretty good. So, time to update.

Let's see. I work now at a casino in Southern California as a player's club representative, meaning I get to wear this spiffy uniform and go wander about the casino floor. The money you see these people blow will scare you. But that's neither here nor there. The most interesting part about my job is the old people. Either they do the blank stare look when I ask something, or since they've been around since dirt was first invented (and damn they know it too) and they fully intend to be assholes. The most interesting part of all this is doing the bussing for bingo. Yes, we bus people in from all over San Diego County. No, they don't pay for it. No, I don't get paid extra for doing it. It's rather an entertaining thing. 55 seat bus, 20 old people, and one little old lady (also known as a hobbit. Because they're 3'2" and rather annoying.) decides to bitch to me about someone cutting her in the line. I don't get them.

My coworkers are insane. Our hobbies include drinking, drinking, and annoying the shit out of employees at one of the other casinos. An average bar tab for us is prolly close to $60. Each. With $8.00 drinks. Trust us, we can drink. Our bar of choice is the V Lounge, located at Viejas casino. One coworker, Ben, has never been sober after 12am. The most interesting part of all this is to try and get back into the country from Tijuana while drunk. Customs is generally not amused.
