I've only seen the previews for this film. From what I can tell it looks like Soi Fon wrote a self insert fanfiction about her and Yoruichi's love child. Possibly created by the science division.
If it's not, I shall pretend it is.
Still, no matter how bad something is, I believe it can always be saved by liberal application of the 11th Devision, Ganju/Hanatarou slashy moments, Chad/Nova and/or Chad/Ishida slashy moments, and Nell. Because Nell makes everything better.
Mickster just reappeared. Apparently, today, he and hifumiyo1234 have defined null as: 0, 1, dead and random. All in c++. I'm surprised they haven't exploded the internet yet, it's only a matter of time.
