Today was sort of nice. I finally got the chance to actually stay home and just veg a little. After all that has been going on, I really needed that. I mean thinking back, this last week has been kind of ... well, I think insane might be the appropriate word here. So to just remain stationary and alone was exactly what the doctor ordered. I accomplished several things, including messing up my laundrying of my bed sheets. Apparently if you accidentely get powder into one of the comforter sheets, it's not a good thing, because when you dry it, it dries into it. Yay! Go domestic skills. I guess there goes my lifelong dream of becoming the world's greatest laundry maker person something. Read Toni Morrison' "Beloved," for class, and it is actually really good. I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Max just came up on my lap for his usual evening visit. Other then that, been reading Box Office Poison by Alex Robinson on the side, and it's simply astonishing. Oh yeah, before I forget: GO CANADA!!!! Damn straight, at least there's something we can do half decently. I think that's it for me for now. I probably should write something about my return to school, but given that I only have one class this entire week, it hardly seems the appropriate time to discuss the matter. Heck, I don't even have the experienced to discuss it. Oh, life can be good. Crap, Max just shook his head and spalltered his nose drool all over my and my computer. Stupid cat.
