(no subject)
1. turns out that i might not be over the patriots losing the superbowl afterall. i think i was just in denial. by changing the channel anytime anyone talked about the patriots or the giants, i didn't really prepare myself for the upcoming season.
2. i have been stressing myself out over the past, oh, month, because i have been pretty busy and getting ready to move. i am so close those. just one last busy weekend and then moving!! i can't wait.
3. i went to colorado with stef to see ashley and we went to the mile high music festival where we saw dave matthews band, john mayer, gavin degraw, eric hutchinson, steve winwood (writer of the greatest pep band song ever -- gimme some lovin'), and many more. it was pretty awesome.
4. mike and i went to a house on swans island, maine for a few days. it was up by bar harbor and really, really nice. the weather was okay, but it was nice to just sit around with no cable or internet and hang out. and listen to manny trade talk.
5. i think my computer might be on the way down. i have had it for 5 years and the problems that i have had over the time (that are now fixed) are: failed hard drive, broken battery, track pad broken, failed logic board. each time i have had these fixed. i have even invest to get more memory and add the tiger operating system. but the problems that it has now are: broken cd drive, trakpad/keyboard do not work until at least a minute after start up, dead battery. i think another major issue might be on the way, so i want to back up my music and pictures so that when it does die, it is not the end of the world and i can transition to an adult computer. we will see how that goes.
