my back hurts. ive been having sharp pains in my spine and tension all over my upper back for 3 weeks now, and nothing fixes it for more than 15 minutes. soc's moms a yogi and she tried to fix me but it made it hurt worse, and my friends a massage therapist and she couldnt fix it either. apparantly i need to do a LOT of painful stretching, they
