ugh. im having a nasty anxiety attack since i woke up this morning. i think its mostly due to guilt about having done no homework this week. i get to try to catch up today after i fold all the laundry and vaccuum the floor cause its driving me crazy. i also need to go eat something at some point. oww fucking Nyb drew blood that time. she loves me.
mikes been gone all day which i think means his interview went well and he started work at new job. mikes parents are gone too, i think theyre at a wedding. his mom was decorating like 300 cookies last night for it. she also moved the laundry i had in the dryer to the hamper, and im kinda weirded out about her touching my delicates.
tuesday i went down for class and all to discover that it had been cancelled, and the secretary was supposed to call everyone but she didnt call me, so i had just wasted all that gas money. i went out to meet cait for a beer and ran into Nate which was cool, then decided to hang around in pittsburgh a few days. bern came out and we went to kings later. and tghen comes wednesday.
oh boy, wednesday. boy oh boy. let me preface this by saying i got way, WAY too fucking drunk wed night. i hung out with bern and jomike for awhile then cait and i went out to the Z lounge for VS. there were very few people there and the music was very 80s at first, so i was kinda bored, but the people who WERE there were really really nice, the promoters or whatnot kept coming around and asking if we were having a good time and stuff, and the bartender was the hot chick from the assdragon who was really cool. it was late so we had a long island to start, and it may have been the most alcoholic LI ive had to date. then i had a beer and decided id had enough for the night. the music improved when the dj changed and i was happy to hear some stuff i liked. cait bought us and the bartender amy and the doorman bill a shot of jaeger. then doorman bill bought me and caitlin a doubleshot of jaeger. then last call happened and he bought us a beer. he was very nice, by the way. enter some people from the tattoo shop down the street who used to work with cait somewhere and also know the doorman. they invite us to their place cause another of caits old coworkers is in from ohio. off we go to a nice apartment in the south side where more drinking ensues. all the people there were very cool and nice, and i got to pet a small rodent called a degu which was very cute. i must say that everyone ive ever met who works in the tattoo/piercing industry is really fun to party with. i got real drunk and contemplated vomiting over the balcony but discarded the idea as rude. at 5 or so cait and i drove doorman bill (hes doorman bill because i already know a bill and would get confused calling him simply that) to his place and she dropped me off at my moms where apparantly i did a faceplant into the couch and slept that way, fully clothed, makeup'ed and jewelry'd, for a few hours. then i woke up and puked and washed my face and slept the rest of the day.
thursday i went with my mom and sam to Wesleys open house/40th anniversary thingy. i got to see his classrooms, which are my old classrooms, and the new area they added downstairs with a cafeteria. when i was there we ate in the classrooms or the hallways. i love that place. i was hoping to meet some of sams friends but as he pointed out, his friends arent likely to be at an event like this so i didnt get to see any. then i went to barnes and noble and got some books, went home and read and watched adult swim all night. the episode of full metal alchemist came on where the little girls kitty dies and she begs the sensei to bring her back but she wont/cant, and it made me so sad i actually cried. i read until i fell asleep and then woke up, went to my dr appt, and came back to erie with mike and dee.
a fun and eventful time yes, but im very behind on my homework and should really have been doing it while i was writing this. im such a shit. oh well. its raining outside. i love the sound of rain on the roof, it soothes me. i feel better now. i think ill go get some food and do that shit i mentioned earlier.
