I don't have the m-preg hack in :) 'Tis forbidden under the NLC3 rules. I don't use it, anyway. I'm loathe to put in hacks other than AM that need to be constantly updated and that make my sims' bodies disappear unless I have specific clothing meshes in. AM, no mosaid and Chaaviks fun while gardening hacks are the only ones I have.
I have Verity Kittenears in the hood. She was the first sim I put in so there is a Kittenears household in the hood somewhere, but neither The One nor Molly have met her and I don't actually remember where I put her...
The hot coffee joke was actually came from GTA III because I am a gamer and not a television watcher. For the non-GTA-palyers out there, the main character gets invited in by his girlfriend for "coffee" but some intrepid hackers who didn't want just sound effects made a hack called "hot coffee" that showed a bit more than just some roof tops.
Getting TS3 sims to agree to get married takes a bit of practice. Basically, you have to start a series of romantic interactions. And you keep it going until they find each other irresistible. The key sequence is the one you see there - romance, go steady, romance, propose, romance, get married. They got married when their relationship was only 58. You just have to start the romancing and keep the momentum going. The option to get married came WAY WAY AFTER they had the option to woohoo and try for baby.
The top is base game, I think. Or Store. Molly was made with that top and all I got was the .sim file and no extra downloads for her. She's one of Buffy's earliest TS3 sims.
