I am going to force myself to post this now, or it will never get posted. :/
So Fall Out Boy played a little show at the Creepy Crawl in St. Louis last night. It was kind of amazing. :D I drove up from Memphis and got to the venue a little after one. I got completely lost trying to find the place; the address on the FOB website was wrong. >:( My sidekick came to the rescue though, and I eventually found it. Standing in line for five hours was long, and cold, and apparently unnecessary, and cold, and very cold, but it was an experience! I was adopted by a teenie and her deaf mother. It was a little awkward, but they were nice people.
Doors opened at six, and I was very happy to be out of the wind and rain. At some point I ran into
barnacling inside and wished her a happy birthday before awkwardly running off to the bathroom. /o\ When I made it into the crowd, I got lucky enough to end up pretty much in the middle of the floor by one of the posts they were using to separate the bar from the rest of the floor. I planted myself there and used it as a coat rack and anchor.
Media - as usual the pictures are shit, and the video is pretty good. If Dell ever gets around to replacing the motherboard on my work laptop, I'll rip and upload audio. On a side note: I'm going slowly crazy at work without my laptop. I have no internet without it. >>>>>>>:(

The opening band. They were cute, but unremarkable. I went and found out their name after the show, then promptly forgot it.
I kinda liked the guy on the left. He sang backup and talked a little bit. Sadly, I managed no decent pictures of him. :(
And then like a weirdo I took pictures of this big tech guy because he reminds me of Robin Fink, the touring guitarist for Nine Inch Nails. I kind of have a thing for dreads. /o\
And then there was Fall Out Boy. :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

This was at the end during Saturday. First Pete wandered around the stage telling us we weren't crazy enough.
And then he had everyone rush the stage. :D
And that was it.
I took a picture of the stage after everyone had left.
I am so glad that I made this show. They sounded awesome, the vibe was great, and it will probably be my only opportunity to ever see them in a venue that small. I'm a little sleep deprived atm, but it's worth it. Now I'm going to bed. I'm going to be useless tomorrow again. :/
