Wanting things

This post by the new Delicious owners has gone a long way toward reassuring me not to give up all hope. I imported all of my bookmarks into Diigo anyways, but I'd still much rather stick with Delicious if they can get it working just because I've already got my network set up there.

In other news, my username on Pottermore is EchoFelicis117. I somehow ended up in Gryffindor. I kind of wanted Slytherin, and thought I'd end up either there or in Ravenclaw. I'm still trying to make it through all the chapters, but the site has been epically robust the entire time.

I really want one of the new Kindles. I don't want to let myself buy one yet, because I know that I'm mostly in the mood to buy things because I want to feel better. :/ I'm assuming that people will start unloading their old Kindles on ebay and the like as they upgrade, so I think what I will probably do is let myself buy one only if I can raise the money by selling a bunch of the old CDs and DVDs that I want to get rid of.

I have to return my Epic 4G Touch tomorrow if I don't want to be locked into the contract I signed. I'm going to be sad to see it go, and unless Apple does something amazing with the iPhone 5 next week, I think I probably will end up switching over. Even if I do stick with the iPhone, I'm pretty sure I'm ditching AT&T. My 3GS is almost unusable whenever I get into a bigger city.

Today wasn't great at work. The early morning was fine, but at about 10:30 I shut down and never restarted. :/
