breakfast
I'm sitting in the lobby of our hostel. I just had a breakfast of croissant, bread, and coffee, and everything is wonderful in my world right now. We got in yesterday morning and took some time to figure out the Paris public transit. Then we hit up the Louvre and I took a lot of unnecessary pictures. My EeePC hates flickr, so I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to upload anything before we get home, but there will be a lot. I don't think anyone can mistake me for anything but a tourist. /o\
We were going to try to go to the Moulin Rouge last night, since it's only a 10 min walk from the hostel, but we were informed that they're sold out until Tuesday. We will probably try again before we leave just because it sounds awesome. It's probable better that we didn't go anyway, because pretty soon after, we both crashed really hard. I slept some on the plane rides over, but I'd been awake for 36 hours before that, and Jacey barely slept at all on the planes and she isn't as used to extended awake periods as I am.
The plan for today is to check out Sacre Coeur / Montmartre area, Notre Dame, and an Andy Warhol exhibit that we saw advertised on on the street.
