what your character can offer: First of all, England cannot cook. Yes, I know, it's not really a talent, but it can be used in biological warfare, so it's very worth mentioning. England also can, in his Brittania Angel persona, turn random nations... into babies. It's possibly related to the fact that England is basically the world's babysitter (the sun never sets on the British Empire, guys). When he's set next to America, it's very obvious that he's much smarter-- just disregard the Panjandrum. He also can see and speak to various mythological beings, including the unicorn he insists exists. In addition to having above-par naval skills and talent in making damn good tea, he also has the ability to out-curse most everyone. Especially when drunk (oh, exploitable!).
what items will they be bringing with them?: black cloak, standard-issue revolver, a large flask of whiskey, a ridiculously inappropriate amount of tea, and a world map just in case someone (coughAmericacough) needs a reality check.
