BROWNIES!
I keep forgeting to do this! Here's the recipe, Jack, (and anyone else who wants yummy microwave brownies!)
2 sqaures of unsweetened chocolate
6 Tbls of butter
1 c of sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
1 c of flour
1 1/4 tsp of salt
Melt chocolate and butter. Mix ingredients together and put in a greased, microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 5 minutes or so, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. ^_^
