Writing words down

Today I want to remind you about importance writing new words down. I can share my experience. Usually when I read books I underline unfamiliar words. After a certain time I write them down in notebook. Do you have such notebook?


How words came into my notebook:

• Books;
• English lessons;
• Web sites;
• Podcasts;
• Films;

Gather words is one thing but you should also review them and have a system work with them. Earlier I just wrote words down and don't care to revise them. I thought it's better then don't record them at all. Of course sometimes I took a look at this list of words. For example when remembered that I had heard this word before.

Now I have another reviewing system of such words but I'm going to tell you about it next time.
