New Jersey's New Slogan
"In New Jersey, acting Gov. Richard J. Cody picked five possible slogans from the more than 8,000 catchphrases suggested by residents and asked the public to vote for their favorite online or by telephone. Rejected slogans included "New Jersey: What's That Smell?" and "New Jersey: You Got A Problem With That?" On Jan. 12, Cody announced "New Jersey: Come See for Yourself" won with 11,227 votes."
