Welcome back football! OK, we've had NFL preseason for a while but college started tonight. My Cats don't play until Saturday but I've found myself watching Miami-OH/Vanderbilt and NC State/South Carolina. And Time Warner finally ended its yearlong war with the Big Ten Network so Boilers and Badgers are in my future too.
I have watched NONE of the political conventions so far. I've heard about Obama's slam on Cubs fans (he should have had the convention at the Cell and played Don't Stop Believin') but that's about it. I'm not going to bury my head in the sand but I feel a little less angry/numb about some things too.
