Okay, so I didn't actually list 10 restaurants below. I had intended to finish that list, didn't get a chance, and just posted it as is.
This is intended to be a mix of restaurants across different price ranges, so it won't be entirely high end, great service places. A lot of the ranking has to do with the food.
So, here's the long-awaited (hah!) update:
1. La Mela Ristorante - New York, NY
2. Fogo de Chao (Brazilian Steakhouse) - Atlanta, GA
3. Las Placitas (Salvadorean) - Washington, DC [not Las Palmeras as listed below]
4. Beauregard's Thai Room - Richmond, VA
5. In N Out Burger - Las Vegas, NV (original in Los Angeles, CA)
6. Corky's BBQ - Atlanta, GA (original in Memphis, TN)
7. The Palm (steakhouse) - Atlanta, GA
8. Odyssey Restaurant - aboard the Norwegian Cruise Lines' ship Westerdam
9. Nathan's Famous (hot dogs) - New York, NY and elsewhere
10. Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill - Las Vegas, NV
