DDR is the devil. you should get a bench and some weights. man im weak but ive increased the weight i can do by 10 pounds a day, although im tad bit sore i may still work out today. it may be a bad idea though cuz i got work tommorow.
lol I love DDR....and I was considering getting weights(Or atleast borrowing them from a friend) but I don't have any room in my house to put'em or move'em around x.x;; "No pain, no gain" right...? You'll be fine =P DDR is more of an equivilent to running, which means endurance. I just want to increase my endurance a bit more. I kinda slacked off these last few days on running so I was thinking about doing some crazy stuff on DDR to make up for it. Even though DDR tires you out a bit faster because some songs make you step at a faster pace...which tires you out faster than giong at a steady pace the whole way through
