I want to find a missing person, but i can only find site's that charge me to see his death records. Does anyone know of a site that won't charge me? All I know is his name is Floyd Atkins. I don't know what state he's from or anything else...listen, i know it's a little off the wall, but it's really important that i find him and his family. Let me know ok? Thanks guys!
