Xmas
So the family headed off. to La Clusaz in France for a bit of winter holiday.
We arrived late at night so the next day we got up late and so just headed into town for a bit of a wander round.
By the next morning illness had struck. I had a cough and a fuzzy head so didn't hit the slopes with my brother, sister and their other halves. By the time I felt well enough it was already the later half of the holiday so I never actually bothered getting snowboard hire etc sorted. I was also not the only one to fall ill, in fact most of us came down with the lurgy over the course of the week. My brother and sister pretty much got away with it, however in the last day before heading back we all intended to head into town with my sister planning a last few runs on the slopes. She slipped on the bus and ended up cutting her hand on her skies, blood everywhere and 7 stitches.
Not the most successful family holiday ever but still enjoyed it nontheless. Its good to get away with the family everynow and then and the scenery is wonderful. Shame I also managed to leave my camera behind so no pics.
