(no subject)
I'm bored with Livejournal again, and I've only been looking at it for 2 weeks now. I have my mood as frustrated, why you ask, well because it is 0054hrs and I'm at work. I did not get to see my family for easter because with this job, the nature of the beast is having to work holidays. Now I've been listening to people whine for 31 hours so far this holiday weekend and I don't get off until 6am. That means 5 more hours of serving the public. I guess I can't complain. Where else can you go home after a shift and say "I saved 3 lives tonight?" It's a rewarding job, not financially, but its' intangible rewards far exceed the tangible ones. Ok enough about my job.
How is everyone? I've been looking the past few days and all I've seen really are the littleredhotties, jenna, and kris. Now don't get me wrong, I of course enjoy the entries from these wonderful people, except Jenna of course because she's mean to me about dinner theater this year...oops I'm sorry, CABARET. I must say though, the "afterglow" was kind of a breath of fresh air. I though I'd go there and get wasted because it was the only way to deal with all of the talk of the "good ol' days" but I ended up having a blast talking with Jenna, Charlene, that one girl that I don't know, her boyfriend, and the weird kid. That isn't to say that I didn't get intoxicated.
## side note## while typing I was interrupted by a 911 call of an intoxicated guy who was getting beat up by his girlfriend. and of course, neither speak english besides saying "girlfriend hit me".
Well kids, it's getting to be bar closing time. The drunks will be out soon and things will get busy. Hope all is well with everybody. Peace out Napoleon!
