I would fill out one of those survey things, and have everyone send their opinion of me, but I really dont want to know how hot you think I am, so thats a waste. Another thing, I also wouldve filled out the information about myself sheet, but If you're my friend and can't answer all of those questions FOR me, that would be pretty sad. I'm really not that unpredictable at all...
