Good Day/Bad Day

Well, after starting off my dad bad it ended great. To start off my day, I sucked at maxing out (getting as much weight lifted as you can) in Athletics. My bench went down 20 pounts (from 165lbs to 145lbs), though I plan on trying to get my old max again tomorrow; my powercling I didn't get (I was trying for 165lbs on that, too), either. I wasn't feeling good all day, though (well, not sick, but just not good).

I ended the day with a pep rally (meaning we had short classes each day) and Athletics. In Athletics we ran a 100, a 200, and a 400. I got in the top 5 in the 100 (12.3), 1st in the 200 and 400 (25.3 and 56.3, respectively). Weird how they all ended in .3, but I'm not complaining! My best 400 time is 52, so I think I'm going to improve upon that this year, and maybe even this meet (Saturday).

We also have a half day Friday! Whew-who!
