25 days and falling
That's right, kiddos, only 25 more days until I come home. I will be leaving on the 21st and driving up. My mother assumes I will drive for a bit and then stop at a hotel and arrive sometime around noon on the 22nd. What she doesn't understand is just how serious I am about coming home. I plan on leaving at the first possible minute that I am permitted to sign out of the company which is 12:01am and then I will commence driving. I intend on being home by 5pm on the 21st. Can't wait to see everyone. Army life is good, but it's not home. I have no family or real good friends here. I have George, but he just deployed. Most of my other friends are married or have kids so we can't hang out like I could with friends back home. Oh well. See you guys soon.
