so. verizon sucks a whole lot. i have had my plan through them for over a year, and in that time i have replaced my phone 7 times, each time because there was a defect. this time, my phone didnt turn on, so all information that usually gets transfered *like phone book etc* was lost. i have NO numbers. im mad.
