(no subject)
I just watched Alamar, a Mexican film that's been on the festival circuit since last year. Nothing happens in it, is just a man and his son in Banco Chinchorro just fishing and playing with a bird and nothing else, but I really really liked it. I don't even know how to explain it but I was pretty mesmerized watching this, and like I said, NOTHING happens. It might be the amazing scenery? idk. One of my coworkers said that her 10 year old son joined her while she was watching and he was hypnotized too.
Since I'm writing a post, let's fill it a bit more xD
The concert the other night was really good, but not as amazing as the one in February :(. He didn't play one of the best songs in his last album, and that sucked! Because it sounded so well in the theatre... There were a lot of people who didn't know who he was (it was organized within a convention, so all the asistants got free tickets) and in one of the songs he let the audience sing, and I did and the girl next to me turned to me like O_O. I was wtf'ing for a while haha. I ran into an acquaintance so I got a free ride to the centre, win! (there are no buses at night and I really didn't want to get a taxi or call my father to come pick me up).
My aunt and uncle came yesterday with my cousin's daughter. She's so adorable! She's a year old and she won't stop walking everywhere. She really likes to dance and always smiles! AAAWWW. I showed her some Youtube videos so she would stay put for a minute and she was like: YAY and there was one with Mickey Mouse waving and she waved back and aaawwwwww (again). Sorry, I'm just not used to toddlers.
