♛ four - video post
[The video feed sizzles on and there you have it -- Sora's big blue eye, close and personal. It pans out so you can see his face, scrunched up with thought and confusion.
"Hey- ya think it's working?" There's banging and the screen's shaking. Yes, that's Sora hitting the computer. Unforunately, the two aren't aren't quite compatible. "I don't get it! It worked before."
"Lemme see," comes a voice from behind Sora before gloved hand reaches over towards the computer from behind him. The computer stops shaking as Roxas peeks from over Sora's shoulder, his eyes narrowing at the camera before chuckling a little. "It's been on this whole time."
"Oh." There's a slight rouge on Sora's cheeks as well as his trademark goof of a grin. He's embarrassed as he's chuckling along with Roxas before he clears his throat. "Hey, guys! It's Sora and Roxas here. Guess where we are!" Giving a quick nudge to Roxas' arm, he nods and suddenly lowers his voice. "Psst, Roxas -- gimmie a drum roll."
There's a small reluctant pause before Roxas whispers back, "Heh, what are you-...nevermind." He turns, disappearing behind Sora on screen before a loud 'drum roll' resounds as if getting beaten out against wood.
Sora briefly glances behind him, quite pleased and still fully equipped with a grin. Then, with a quick look at the camera, Sora leans in and the visual shifts as he picks it up and generously spins the laptop around slowly for a nice three-sixty on one of the wooden platforms ontop of one of the masts on the Calypso. The sea glimmers and light dances on the water in a way that's meant to keep your breath captive.
"Isn't it awesome?" he pipes up in the middle of it. The camera shifts, this time on Roxas, while Sora's holding the computer in his hands. "Got anything to say, good sir?" There's a stifled laugh off-screen.
Roxas blinks at the camera, hands pressed against the mast as he eyes the computer. He looks surprised for a moment before he grins back, his smile almost rivaling Sora's, before he chuckles again and reaches for something out of the camera's angle. "Yeah, I've got something to say!" His hand comes back into view holding onto two wrapped popsicles, holding one out in Sora's direction. "Eat your ice cream before it melts! It's not like it's going to wait for us."
"Hey- no fair! My hands are full!" yells a voice from off camera and rather loudly at that. There's more disaterous camera work as the computer finds it's way on the wooden floor of the platform. The visual features the two boys with endless seas disappearing in the distance. The sun paints them a shimmering red and yellow before it prepares to set as Sora's contagious laughter floods the recording. "Hand mine over!"
Roxas' laugh joins Sora's, smile still bright as he faces the other teen. "Hmmm....Now that I think about it, I don't think I will!" he says teasingly with a smirk as he pulls the ice creams just out of reach. He waves them a little, just trying taunt Sora a little more. "More for me, I guess!"
Being the same height as Roxas has its advantages, as he flails one-handedly toward the ice cream. What's this? He may be actually struggling to get it now. "C'mon! Give it up! It's gonna melt if you keep wavin' it around like that." It's gonna melt if you keep wavin' it around like that."
Stripping the two ice creams of their wrappers, Roxas grumbles, "Alright, alright. You can have it." His facade of irritability fails to hide his smile as he hands over the ice cream before taking a bite of his own.
Giving a quick grin of victory, Sora plops down to sit on the platform, shaking the computer a bit as he does so. He waits for Roxas to join him as well before he gives a quick wave to the camera. "You guys can come join us if you want. Better be quick though -- the sun's about to set." He pops the popcicle in his mouth and leaves the video feed on until it times out on its own.]
