i was doing the dishes from dinner tonight and randomly i got a shooting pain in my lower back. yeah, i have constant lower back pain from when i pulled some muscles like 3 years ago. but it hasnt been this bad in a looong time. so this is pretty fucking nifty. only not...whatever.
