grrr, argh

i've had a low-grade headache all day
for the past few days actually
and i'm not sure if it's the shift in air pressure and the weather, lack of sleep, staring at various computer screens for most of my day...or if it's just a happy combination of all of the above
*sigh*

much of this weekend will be spent packing for pei
i'm so happy to be seeing the ocean again it's not even funny
maybe swimming tomorrow if it's less crappy than the weather network predicts
