What does it mean when you spend every day together, eat every meal together, share a fucking toothbrush, when I stand up for you when other when people talk shit behind your back, when I drive through a snowstorm on valentines day just to see you and give you a flower. Apparently it doesn't mean a thing.
Youth slips away from you in little pieces, you have to give it up to get what you want, and sometimes it just gets taken from you. This is how we grow up. Better to feel it go than to look back and realize it's long gone.
